    • After 7 days, refunds for subscription fees will not be provided, but you can still cancel the subscription to avoid future billing.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases and services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation Services: Any fees paid for personalized services such as tutoring, one-on-one consultations, or expert advice are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Items purchased during sales, with promotional discounts, or through special offers are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Donations: Donations made through the platform for charitable or educational causes are not refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund
